i can only fly one jet and i have to do the same missions over and over, talk about de ja vou.

Great simulator. It can be a little difficult to control at first, but you get the hang of it by the second mission. Just so you know, this works on the computer too. The computer version has amazing graphics, but the mobile version is more limited as to what you can do.

Little explanation of controls. Not realistic. Poor control of the plane and very dissatisfying results. Don’t bother downloading. Not worth the RAM.

What is quickly apparent is that this flight sim is in serious need of mouse controls. Arrow keys just don’t cut it when you want precision, especially trying to land on the carrier. Add mouse support and maybe it’ll be worth buying the extra scenarios.

i think this is great. Yes it is hard, but it is just a game, so what you become a big ball of burning fire, it is a sim,not a real F18,, it is great fun, and fun because it is not easy. I am using a joystick that is good, and then, the throttle on the left lower screen requiring taking hands off the stick to adjust the throttle or the on screen right lower flaps (which does the hook) and gear which can also be done by pressing “g”,, i could use the controls on the stick better but for nothing, this is great fun,, as i have gotten through some levels, i am enjoying that it keeps failing me if i get above 500’ or flying along the mountains, smashing or getting picked up by radar, i think it is great fun, not easy, takes doing it over and over, and since i am a private pilot perhaps, i can get over the beginning ,it is not easy but it is hella amusing. love it!

This is an awesome game. I play it a lot. There is only one problem with it that requires an update. In a real situation an air craft carrier would never turn with a plan in final approach. If this is supposed to be a simulation then they have to fix that problem…

love the game cant get away from it however i find it drains my battery very quickly and makes my fan run faster. Not sure if this is a computer issue or game issue. I’d like to find out if anyone has information

I love this game, even though it is quite hard. For those who have trouble loading missions and such, when it shows the setup screen, slect a smaller window, preferably 1024x640, and also select “windowed.” Good Flying everybody!

Really love this game and was super excited to see that there was an update. Update was great and the new challenges were a nice addition, however since the update every time the A6 Intruder shows up when I play “Landings Pro” mode it explodes mid air. Not sure what the problem is and I’ve tried numerous scenarios but every time the plane explodes….hope this get fixed.

I really like this game. BUT, really frustrating that the A-6 Intruder explodes every time you deploy the landing gear. I’ve tried with flaps, without flaps, at max gear speed (just under 350), I’ve tried at nearly stall speed, I’ve tried inverted, under power, power off, sideways, attitude up, attitude down. Explodes every single time.

I love the ipad version and wanted it to work on the Mac. The default controls are missing the rudder. In the Input tab of the Configuration editor tried using both default & custom keys. Tried both ways of exiting the config editor (Save & Exit and Play). Never went further than the first training mission, would of been a waste of my time without rudders.

I love this game! It’s not as technical or challenging as the ol’ Graphic Sim FA18 Hornet (and there’s nada to shoot at), but it’s a blast! Highly Recommended! After flying for a couple weeks - and becoming addicted - I bought the additional scenarios. Totally worth it! I’ve gotten an incredible amount of value from this app. GREAT JOB, RORTOS!

Loved the previous versions, but this version constantly locks up my macbook pro.. Would love for this program to be fixed.

new verison constantly locks up and FREEZES

My Mac did everyting except play the software. Locked up and had mutliple pictures on screen at one time. Now I know whhy it is free.

I cannot open the app, it freezes on my 2011 macbook pro and gives me several strange looking screens even when using the lowest resolution settings. Will need to upgrade to the 2015 model.
