This software ALWAYS FREEZES!!!! I have only ever had version 3.0 and am unable to play it due to how frequently I have to force quit the application. Very disappointing!
The game freezes when switching between views. If it works, controls are not very realistic, I’m unable to smoothly control bank angle, which is quite a problem during landings. Without In-App purchases it’s free, so it could be good for kids as an intro to flying. iPad version has smoother controls. If you want something more realistic do not hasitate to pay up and get X-Plane.
Recently bought the big 27 inch Apple desk top with aircraft games in mind and with this game it’s really worth it. I hooked up Logitech’s huge Extreme 3D PRO joy stick to get away from the keyboard and mouse and after some fiddling around the experience is awesome ; i’m really flying and the size of the screen and that heavy joystick takes all the wrangling and twisting i can give it and it just stays put. Coupled together with the graphics and sound of jet engines and the chatter of ground control you are in for a heck of an experience. Aircraft carrier landings are my favorite , especially in bad weather at night. WOW !!
For the inflight refuel can you add the tanker and missions for it so that the player can be the tanker. If you could that would be awesome. Also add planes like the C-17 Globemaster 3 and missions for it, F22 Raptor, an AWACS 767 and surveillance missions for that as well, the F15 Eagle. Also add jamming aircraft and missions for those.
This game is impossible to land in! Even at exactly 170 knots, the plane exploded into peices on contact with the runway. I also tried your other game,Extreme Landings, and it was also impossible. Please make the landing more realistic and please, stop with the dramatic explosions
Love the game so far, although would like to see new content added. New carrier based aircraft would be nice such as the Rafale-M, Sukhoi-33, A-4 Skyhawk, or the Hal Tejas, or maybe the V-22 osprey! A new aircraft carirer like a STOBAR one would also be amazing.
